Boeing Employees are encouraged to pursue educational opportunities at institutions recognized by regional or national bodies of the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) by participating in the Learning Together Program. Under this program, Boeing will either pay directly or reimburse you for tuition. It will also pay up to $150 per course for required books and software. There are no restrictions on the types of courses you can take, and stock awards are given after a degree is earned.

Boeing Learning Centers can help shape your future. Training organizations offer more than 1,600 courses in Engineering, Industrial Skills, Computing and Business Awareness. Seven Boeing Learning Centers around the country provide more than 3,200 self-paced courses.

The Boeing Company Learning together program is provided to all employees who work for the Boeing Company. It is wonderful program that simply the best-leading the world in-tuition assistance program. 

The mission is to manage a highly visible, employee-focused tuition assistance program facilitating access by all employees to lifelong formal educational opportunities. This is an Excellence by all members of the organization in:  Leadership, Customer Service, Communications, Quality, and Teamwork.  Also it guides principles as:  Adhere to Program Guidelines, Communicate consistent program information to all employees (regardless women or men - regardless of race or ethnic background), Generate enthusiasm for participation in lifelong learning, Provide Quality Customer Service, and Promote lifelong learning as a personal value.

This information is provides to all (regardless women or men - regardless of race or ethnic background) by Website or before you start working at Boeing.  Not many companies offer this benefit. Many Boeing employees taking advantage this program and appreciate this program.  I hear so many good things about this program and I was one of the employees who took this advantages.  This is definitely helping communities and to the nation. 

If anyone wants to take New career training, the Boeing Company provides inside or outside training for many different classes also provided by IAM/Boeing Training (1) and SPEEA Continueing Education (2) Intrepid Learning Solutions (3) ( It is applys to All Men and Women).  The employees will be able to see the information from the company's website, Newspaper, Email and The Boeing Company provides Learning Together Program schedule in inside of the Boeing Company's Mailing Room.  This information is open to all employees (regardless women or men - regardless of race or ethnic. background).

How can I deny saying that "It is a great benefit, great program, and great career plan”. 
I would not miss this opportunity!
