It
is very clear the public does not want to see Unfair EU subsidies
for Airbus. The EU has offered to keep negotiating to resolve the
dispute over public aid to Boeing and Airbus, a unit of European
Aeronautic Defense and Space Co.
The
world is expecting to see and
want to make sure that Airbus is no longer to seek "launch
aid" loans from EU " Clearly one cannot allow a sort of uncertain
situation to drag on for very long," The
United States warned that it would resume its case against the EU
at the WTO if the bloc's member states approved a new round of government
loans for Airbus. (3)
The world want to see harmonized and fair market especially,The
United States and Europe share a trillion dollar economic relationship,
and have worked closely on many trade fronts in recent years, most
importantly on mutual efforts to advance trade liberalization efforts
in the Doha negotiations. Both parties recognize the appropriateness
of using the WTO process to resolve trade disputes. (4)
Airbus
last year overtook Boeing as the world's largest airplane maker,
capturing a full 54% of the global market for large commercial aircraft.

The
1992 agreement was negotiated, Airbus accounted for only about 30
percent of the global market. It
now represents more than 50 percent of this market. Clearly, the
1992 agreement has outlived its usefulness.(4) It is absolutely
unfair for the Boeing Company and for other industries for a long
time......
It
is positive see the world continue to seek the global market and
approaching the fair market balance for around the world.......
