Norm Dicks, D-Tacoma, has been briefed by U.S. trade officials on the confidential decision and that it clearly indicates that the WTO has confirmed the European Union provided the illegal subsidies. The decision was cheered by U.S. Sen. Patty Murray, D-Wash. “This ruling confirms that Boeing has been competing on an uneven playing field for decades. Launch aid has meant that Boeing has been forced to compete not only with Airbus, but also with the treasuries of the European governments that support them. It is a market distortion that has cost American jobs and cannot be allowed to continue,” Murray said in a statement. Fair justice WTO rulling would be able to apply for the Mission of the KC-X which would make it available to the Boeing Company and for the international support of financial crisises to recover. Boeing Company has been more hurt when Boeing did not win the KC-45A contract. The communities and the tax payers were relying on a big major company like the Boeing Company. The KC 767/777 tankers would made Amerian jobs more than nine thousands jobs and global partners and suppliers would actively work and expend the financial support around the world. Well, as soon as a big contract canceled for the Boeing Company, the Boeing had to let go (lay off) more than 10,000 people for Boeing Employees. Now the ripple action increased for the recession became the worst economic crisis and for the global economic crises got into worse. Many have thought that the Boeing would receive the fair treat on this case with taking care of the illegal subsidies by Airbus but, the worst case created for U.S and international suppliers and partners further more global economic crisis....... . The primary mission of the KC-X aircraft will be to provide world-wide, day/night, adverse weather aerial refueling on the same sortie to receiver capable United States (US), allied, and coalition military aircraft (including unoccupied aircraft). The KC-X will provide robust sustained aerial refueling capability to support global attack, air-bridge, deployment, sustainment, employment redeployment, homeland defense, theater support to joint, allied, and coalition air forces, and specialized national defense missions. The inherent flexibility of the KC-X platform will accommodate a diversity of secondary missions in a manner that will not significantly impact the primary aerial refueling missions. These include airlift, communication gateway, and aero medical evacuation. The KC-X program acquisition strategy is focused on an existing commercial, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), or equivalent, certified transport aircraft modified to meet USAF requirements. Washington State Officials are working hard in order to make fair treat and recovery from the global economic crisise and for the Boeing Company.
