Prior to Saturday's earthquake, the largest quake previously recorded in Oklahoma was a 5.5-magnitude tremor in 1952. On November 4th, 2011, Oklahoma earthquake was magnitude 4.4.

USGS reported that quake could continue for weeks or months.

USGS provided earthquake report since November 4th, 2011, Oklahoma earthquake 4.4.

Here are seven days earthquake lists although you may see other areas besides Oklahoma:

The worst earthquake  was on November 6th, Magnitude 5.6 as you can see in below and click to see bigger view:

USGS reported that There have been dozens of aftershocks recorded following the November 5, 2011 magnitude 5.6 earthquake and its magnitude 4.7 foreshock that occurred on the same day.  These aftershocks will continue for weeks and potentially months but will likely decrease in frequency.

This is not an unusual amount of aftershock activity for a magnitude 4.7 to 5.6 earthquake sequence.  There is always a small possibility of an earthquake of larger magnitude following any earthquake, but the occurrence of the magnitude 5.6 earthquake, and the increase in activity in recent year does not necessarily indicate that a larger more damaging earthquake will occur.  See below for more detail info via map descripation.
