Korean
American Church Coalition
for North Korea Freedom (KCCNK)
There
is going to have Korean American Church Coalition for North Korea
Freedom (KCCNK). Everyone is invited to attend a special prayer
convention to support freedom and human rights for the people of
North Korea in April 10, 2005, Sunday 7:00 PM, at Christian Faith
Center 21024 24th Avenue, Pacific Highway South Seattle. It is hosted
by KCCNK members of the State of Washington. They
are hoping to see support for the North Korean Human Rights in 2005
from this prayer event.
Many
people believes that it is very important to Change Attitudes in South
Korea. Suzanne Scholte's says that outside of North Korea, the most crushing
blow to the advance of freedom and human rights in North Korea has been
the government of South Korea. The current government's support and appeasement
of Kim Jong-il arguably has led to this regime surviving and has stifled
the growing pressure for reform from within North Korea.
Suzanne
Scholte, President of the Defense Forum Foundation, is credited with being
the driving force in the United States for the growing awareness of the
human rights situation in North Korea. Scholte has dedicated her life
to seeing human rights and freedom come to the North Korean people. Ref:

KCCNK
is
working to draw over 3000 people. Korean Women's Association of Washington
will usher and greeting people for this event. Of course, Cheryl Lee,
KAVA 2002 - 2004 President and Sheri Song, KAVA president, would not miss
this chance. Cheryl Lee thinks that they will get that number. Cheryl
Lee believes that it would be an excellent venue to have a KAVA voter
registration table there. Several KAVA volunteers will be there to promote
the registration to VOTE while hoping to see the positive output from
this prayer event for the
North Korean Human Rights.
