After over 35 years of long time unfair EU subsidies, at last, US requested for consultations in to the European Communities; France, Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom and Certain members states measure affecting trade in Large Civil Aircraft in October 6, 2004. The United States and the EU held WTO consultations on November 4, 2004, but the consultations failed to resolve the dispute. Requested the formation of a WTO dispute settlement panel . (1)

However, EU continues to pursue unfair Subsidies and global balance won‘t be harmonized, it is reminded that Robert Potman‘s statement during May 30th, 2005 meeting Panel meeting: "But the negotiations won’t succeed unless the EU recommits to ending subsidies," U.S. Trade Representative Rob Portman said in a May 30 press release." (2) The world recognizes EU has good values to share and they have the good trade values but when the world sees the monopoly play without any global balance, they do not appreciate it and the world knows what is coming for the future like " depression or economic has crashed at the last which we have seen......like experiencing the market freeze.......around the world.

"The EU is building commercial aircraft on the backs of the European taxpayers," said the official, and "the difference between Airbus and Boeing is a risk-free loan from the government versus a contract for a particular good or service."

United States and the EU were able to continue to work on shared goals as litigation proceeded.

But, the European Union announced on May 31, 2005 that it planned to file a counter complaint alleging that Boeing had received improper government aid.

If the Washington State does not giving any tax deductions on Education program for the Boeing Company which they have the best training program in around the world include Learning Together Program, that is something to think about.

787 Dreamliner is the most advanced Global Team for the suppliers and partners around the world. France Dassault Company is one of the suppliers Systèmes Update to Digital Tools for 787 Global Team: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software suite by Dassault Systèmes as members of the global 787 team (11).

Boeing has selected two engine types, the General Electric GENX and British Company, Rolls-Royce Trent 1000, for Boeing 787 Dreamliner, an airplane that will provide the world's airlines with exceptional efficiency and environmental performance. The General Electric and Rolls-Royce engines will enable the 787 to fly higher, faster, farther, cleaner, quieter and more efficiently than comparable airplanes," (12).

There are many subcontractors (i.e., General Dynamics Corp., United Defense Industries Corp., Lockheed Martin Corp., Raytheon Co., Northrop Grumman Corp., BAE Systems PLC, Textron Inc. and Computer Science Corp. are the major subcontractors).(10)

The 787 is super-efficient airplanes, More Frequency Choices, More Non-Stop, Point-to-Point Flights, Super Fuel Efficient, and A Great Cargo Space, and The Best Environmental Leadership that will provide passengers with a better flying experience, including an improved cabin environment with more room and more conveniences. The next major milestone for the 787 will be in 2007 when the first 787 enters production. Flight test will occur the same year, with certification, delivery and entry into service in 2008. Yet, Airbus continues to proceed illegal EU subsidies for A310 to A380. (4)

Senator Patty Murray and many Officials are working hard to resolve this issue. Senator Patty Murray called on the Bush Administration June 27, 2006, Tuesday to send a clear message to European governments that "America will not tolerate another round of job-killing subsidies to Airbus."

It is positive to see that we have strong support from all around the states and WTO that surrounded 149 countries for trade negotiation and monitoring national trade policies which signed by the bulk of the world’s trading nations and ratified in their parliaments. The World Trade Organization (WTO) is the only global international organization dealing with the rules of trade between nations. The goal is to help producers of goods and services, exporters, and importers conduct their business. (6)
